1. TURN OFF WATER at angle stop valve under sink (clockwise). Place towel under connections to catch drips. Flush new plumbing thoroughly to remove solder/flux.
2. CONNECT SUPPLY HOSES** to 1/4" inlet and outlet fittings on mounting bracket (adapters included for most setups). Use Teflon tape ONLY on pipe threads - never liquid/paste sealants.
3. POSITION BRACKET in desired location under sink (compact design fits tight spaces).
4. MOUNT BRACKET with provided screws to cabinet wall or surface.
5. CONNECT INLET HOSE from cold water supply to filter inlet (may need adapter for existing hose).
6. CONNECT OUTLET HOSE to faucet, dispenser, or ice maker (adapters included for common setups).
7. FLUSH NEW FILTER - turn water ON slowly. Run 4-5 minutes (3+ gallons) to saturate carbon and clear air/carbon fines. Flush BEFORE connecting to ice makers.
8. CHECK FOR LEAKS - inspect all connections for 2 minutes under full pressure.
9. DONE. Replace cartridge annually or when flow slows. 1/4" Super Speedfit makes future swaps tool-free.
