Welcome to Clarix Water. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Business

Clarix Water is an online retailer and authorized reseller of water filtration products from Advanced Water Systems. We do not manufacture the products ourselves. All product specifications, warranties, and technical information are provided by the manufacturer.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be added where required by law. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States (including territories where applicable). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please see our separate Returns Policy for details. Generally, unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs), subject to restocking fees of 25%. Opened or used filters are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. Product Warranty

Warranties on Advanced Water Systems products are provided by the manufacturer, not by Clarix Water. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product or contact the manufacturer directly for claims. We will assist with warranty processing where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarix Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Clarix Water or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission. Trademarks of Advanced Water Systems remain the property of the manufacturer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fresno County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
